Friends call me “Kay”. I am the founder of Imperfect Publishings.

I used to think I was “dumb” just because I learned differently from others.

Labelled disruptive, I was kicked out of school for misbehaving.

I later found out (as an adult) that I am Dyslexic, have ADHD and am on the lower end of the autistic spectrum.

Let’s NOT focus on being so damn perfect!…

Welcome to Imperfect Publishings

Traditional books & eBooks can be so hard for people like me to read. They are often hundreds of pages long, feature endless text, and use small fonts with few pictures.

My books and publishings may contain spelling mistakes and or grammatical errors, do you know why?… because I am NOT perfect, nor do I want to be. I am just me and these are my publishing.

My content reads so well because I know what it’s like to suffer.

My books will aim to adhere to the following…

Shorter still high quality content, no filler content
Larger easier to read fonts
Maximum of 100 page books
Use of more pictures to break up blocks of text
Colour choices that are easier on the eye
I write like I speak, which may include the use of slang

I will do my best to ensure that my content and publications are legible and error-free, but I can not guarantee this.

I used to do all I could to avoid reading books – let alone publishing them!… But not anymore. I am going to jump straight in and begin my own publishing journey.
